Just so you don't bother Katie with every little thing and act like a fucking
princess for the rest of our living time together. You can get off your ass and
put up the fucking smoke alarm if you feel unsafe. In case you forgot you are
the one who originally asked if there was some way we could take down the smoke
alarm, and I called and I found out a way. I, (do you understand the
significance of I), I took down the smoke detector, because I,(yes I) was
cooking something. You can talk directly to me if you have a problem with
something I've done. You do not, under any circumstance, assume Katie is
responsible for anything and then leave her another note so her parents feel
obligated to do handyman jobs because you can't address me directly. If you
have a problem with something, you address both of us, DO NOT ASSUME KATIE IS
THE ONLY FUCKING ROOMMATE YOU HAVE!!!

As someone who has had a roommate from hell, I totally understand where you are coming from. Please keep posting! I wish I had documented all the crazy things mine did like bursting into tears because my boyfriend had a loud 1970's pick up truck that woke her up.
Did you ever stop to think that there may be a more diplomatic way about solving this problem. Roommates have problems with each other sometimes, but what do these articles do to solve them? Did you ever stop to think that maybe this roommate is willing to work to fix this problem? Or that maybe if everyone was willing to give a little bit, this problem could be fixed rather than just continuing in a downward spiral? Don't be too quick to blow things out of proportion, just take a break from each other and try to start off with a clean slate.
