Cait talking about the christmas tree, yes, these are her EXACT words.
Hi there!
Finals week is almost over and I couldn't be more ready for winter break. I
just thought I'd let you guys know what's going on with me leaving and
returning and Bowl stuff. I'm planning on going home on Sunday midmorning.
I'm going to a wedding with Todd on Saturday near Terra Haute and should be
back later that evening. I return to the apartment late afternoon on the
26th. I have a meeting before departure on the 27th and fly out early at 8am
on the 28th (meaning I'll be moving and getting ready around 6.)
We're in El Paso until the game New Year's Eve and are then shipped directly
back to Purdue. I land around 12:40 New Year's day and then help collect
uniforms until about 3 maybe :-p I'll leave for home again on Jan 1 or 2. I
plan to be back from break on Saturday the 8th if my sister is willing to
leave then. So me and the gas station are going to be pals over break :-)
I'll make sure the kitchen is clean, garbage from the kitchen is taken out
before we're all gone and that my food that will expire will be tossed. I'll
also probably spot clean while I'm back before the bowl. If you have any
instructions for watering plants or such, please leave em on the fridge
where they're easy to find!
Just out of curiosity, do you know how long our friend Mr. Tree will be
staying with us? And if he's staying over break will his lights be taken
off? Just wondering about dry christmas trees unattended. Let me know if you
need help dragging it out :-) It was a nice addition to the apartment and I
wish I could have helped more with it (buying, decorating, enjoying.) But
anytime you guys want to have "christmas" let me know. Probably Friday night
is best before my essay is due. If you don't have time, feel free to open up
my presents when you want or take em home for the real thing.
Smiles to both of you and good luck with semester grades.
